FAQs

Do you deliver to my neighborhood?

We deliver to four DC zip codes — 20002, 20003, 20019, and 20020. Roughly speaking it is the neighborhoods around Capitol Hill, Anacostia, Fort Dupont, and Hillcrest.

When will my bread be delivered?

We deliver our bread to your doorstep shortly after it comes out of the oven. We deliver breads on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Deliveries start at 5 am and can stretch until 10 am on big days.

Can I buy your bread just once without subscribing?

Yes! Just select One Time Order when checking out.

What if I want to subscribe to more than one loaf, or more than one kind of bread?

You can subscribe to more than one loaf, or more than one kind of bread. Just add them to your cart and choose Weekly Subscription or Bi-Weekly Subscription. You’ll get a reminder before your next order is placed and you can review or skip your order that week if needed. Make your change by noon on Saturday if you want the change to happen for that following Tuesday.

I need to skip my delivery next week, how do I do that?

Head to your Bread Subscription, click on your upcoming order, and click the Skip button. You can also choose your next delivery date from some of the upcoming delivery dates.

How do I have some of your spreads delivered with my bread?

Add any items to your cart, and place an order by Saturday, and we will include them with your bread delivery the following week.

How do the subscriptions work?

You can start a new bread subscription up through the Sunday before your first delivery. Your first week’s subscription will be charged right away, and we will deliver your first loaf of bread the following Tuesday or Thursday. All subscriptions will be updated to auto-renew on Saturday at noon, giving you until then to stop, start, or change your subscription for the following week’s deliveries. You will be charged Saturday for the next week’s deliveries.

Can I ask another question that isn’t addressed here?
