 Our Breads

We hand-craft our breads with a desire to maximize flavor and nutrition.

Our breads are naturally leavened using wild yeast. Through the process of sourdough fermentation, our breads rise slowly, adding a depth of flavor and texture. Using sourdough instead of commercial yeast also lengthens shelf life and improves digestibility. Oh, what’s not to love?!
